The KTE KT-PSTAR series represents a line of high-precision planetary gearboxes engineered for demanding servo applications. Designed with a one-piece planet carrier and output shaft, the PSTAR series ensures maximum torsional rigidity and durability. Its low backlash characteristics make it an ideal choice for tasks requiring precise positioning and repeatability, such as robotics, automation, machine tools, and packaging machinery. The gearbox features a compact, robust design with high-quality components, including full needle roller bearings, to support high radial and axial loads. Orders will be processed and shipping during standard working hours (0830 – 1730 BST) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)., are processed and despatched on the same business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 Days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
NTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will depend on weight and country the order is to be shipped to. All cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders for delivery within the Asia will arrive on a 2-5 day delivery service depending on Country location. All shipments outside the Asia will arrive on a 3–7-day delivery service depending on Country location. Please check for accurate delivery times with our Sales department. If you Parcel has not arrived within the time expected please do not hesitate to contact us. Please ensure the ship to address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
