The Infineon TT162N16KOF is a high-reliability phase control thyristor module designed for demanding power control applications. Housed in an industry-standard EconoPACK™ 2 package, this dual thyristor module offers excellent thermal performance and easy mounting. It features a robust design with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600V and an average on-state current of 162A, making it ideal for use in soft starters, AC motor drives, power supplies, and industrial heating and welding controls. Manufactured with pressure contact technology, this RoHS compliant module ensures long life and stable performance in various industrial environments.

NTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will depend on weight and country the order is to be shipped to. All cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders for delivery within the Asia will arrive on a 2-5 day delivery service depending on Country location. All shipments outside the Asia will arrive on a 3–7-day delivery service depending on Country location. Please check for accurate delivery times with our Sales department. If you Parcel has not arrived within the time expected please do not hesitate to contact us. Please ensure the ship to address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
