1. Electric Arc Furnace

An electric arc furnace is an industrial furnace that uses the heat generated by an electric arc to melt ores and metals. An electric arc is generated between the electrode and the charge to melt the metal. When the gas discharges to form an arc, the energy is very concentrated, and the temperature in the arc zone is above 3000°C. For melting metal, the electric arc furnace has greater process flexibility than other steelmaking furnaces, can effectively remove impurities such as phosphorus, the furnace temperature is easy to control, and the equipment occupies a small area, making it suitable for the melting of high-quality alloy steel.

2. Large-scale electrolytic aluminum equipment

The electrolytic cell is the key equipment for electrolytic reaction in large-scale electrolytic aluminum equipment. During the production of electrolytic aluminum, the raw materials are placed in it and a strong direct current is passed through. Under the action of the current, alumina is decomposed into aluminum and oxygen, and aluminum is precipitated at the cathode to form liquid aluminum. During the entire production process, the temperature, current, voltage and other parameters of the electrolytic cell need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and output of electrolytic aluminum.

3. Cement kiln

Cement kiln is mainly used to calcine cement clinker. It is a type of rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln) and belongs to the category of building materials equipment. 4. Air compressor

An air compressor is a device that compresses gas, similar to a water pump. Only 10% of the electricity consumed by the air compressor is converted into compressed air, and the remaining 90% is converted into heat energy. In most factories, the air compressor station pipe network has holes, aging, or loose seals, which lead to compressed gas leakage. Common leakage points include pipes, joints, flanges, hoses, drain valves, branch pipes, etc.

5. Pump equipment (large industrial pumps)

A pump is a mechanical device used to transport liquids or increase liquid pressure. It drives the impeller to rotate through a prime mover (such as an electric motor, diesel engine, etc.), causing the liquid to generate centrifugal force or pressure energy under the action of the impeller, thereby achieving liquid transportation or pressurization.

6. Fan (large industrial fan)
